Commencing from Delhi, visit the incredibly beautiful Taj Mahal, marvel at the spectacular Himalayan peaks and gorgeous river valleys of Himachal Pradesh, take a guided tour of the magnificent Golden Temple, experience the friendly Tibetan culture in the Dalai Lama’s home town of McLeod Ganj and discover the best of Delhi. On top of this, there will be plenty of great shopping opportunities and delicious cuisine to sample.
Arrive in Delhi and transfer to your hotel, before an early evening group meeting. Overnight Delhi
Drive to Agra for a guided tour of the incredibly beautiful Taj Mahal, described as the most extravagant monument ever built in the name of love. This is followed by an afternoon tour of Fatehpur Sikri, a magnificent ghost city built in 1571 by the Moguls, then a short drive to Bharatpur for overnight.
Experience an early cycle rickshaw ride in the amazing Keoladeo Ghana National Park, host to approximately 380 bird species from across the globe. We then drive back to Delhi via Vrindavan with a few sights along. Overnight Delhi
A morning flight will take you to Amritsar, home of the astonishingly beautiful Golden Temple, where priests keep up a continuous chant from the Sikh holy book and welcome all people into this deeply spiritual place. After settling into the hotel, we have a guided tour of the temple and other amazing sights. In the evening we also visit the temple to witness a wonderful ceremony.
After breakfast, we drive to Mcleod Ganj, home of the Dalai Lama and thousands of Tibetan people living in exile.
Go on a guided tour of Mcleod Ganj and surrounding areas. This is a unique opportunity to experience the vibrant and friendly Tibetan Culture. Experience the peaceful ambience of Norbulingka Institute, established to teach and preserve Tibetan art and culture. While here, enjoy a delicious Tibetan lunch before visiting the beautiful Tibetan Children’s Village in the afternoon.
Enjoy free time with many different activity options including: Tibetan cooking classes, walks, yoga, meditation, trekking, prayer time at the Dalai Lama’s temple, a Tibetan massage or shopping at the many Tibetan stores. You will also have the opportunity to join an English conversation group with Tibetan monks.
After breakfast we will embark on a picturesque mountain drive to Manali, enjoying a few sights along the way. Here we commence our wonderful Ayurvedic education classes and health program. While here, you will receive a consultation, treatment and education, focusing on nutrition, health and vedic philosophy. Other activities include a guided tour of local Hindu and Buddhist sights, visits to local villages, and a drive to Rohtang Pass, with stunning views of the majestic Himalayan mountain peaks of Pir Panjal Range. You will also venture south to Naggar to visit an art gallery, a Himalayan Folk and Art Museum as well as some wonderful local sights.
Go on a scenic mountain drive to Rewalsar, stopping at Kullu for lunch. A visit to the Bhutti Weavers Cooperative is scheduled en-route.
The sacred lake of Rewalsar is revered by Buddhists, Hindus and Sikhs. A tour of the Buddhist Gompas, Sikh’s Gurudawara, Rewalsar lake and the mystic caves of Padmasambhava will take place today.
Today we drive to Chandigarh for a short flight back to Delhi.
Go on a guided tour of Delhi and then take part in a final group dinner, before departure to the airport for flights back home.

Take part in a morning guided tour of seventh century world heritage monuments. Your afternoon is free to enjoy the fabulous shops, relax by the resort’s beachside pool, enjoy a massage or perhaps go for a stroll on the beach.
Drive to Tiruvannamalai where we will commence a wonderful Ayurvedic education and health program focusing on nutrition, health & vedic philosophy, including an individual consultation. You will also visit the hermit caves, Sri Ramana’s ashram, the ancient temple and the holy mountain Arunachula.
Transfer to Chennai for a short flight to the charming, historic town of Cochin. The afternoon is free to explore the atmospheric fort area and in the evening, experience an exotic Kathakali dance performance.
Go on a guided tour of the town where you will see India’s oldest church and synagogue and other great sights. Free time to enjoy Cochin’s wonderful shops, stroll along the waterways or enjoy a massage.
Drive to our lovely Ayurvedic healing resort. Relax and enjoy the peaceful surrounds with yoga and wonderful Ayurvedic treatments.
Drive through the lovely Nilgiri mountains with lush tea plantations on our way to Mudumalai Wildlife Sanctuary. We have lunch at Ooty and a short tour of the tea factory. Enjoy a late afternoon safari.
Start the day with a morning trek and then visit IPAN animal shelter. Enjoy free time in the afternoon before a visit to the elephant camp and river where the elephants bath and feed.
Drive to Mysore for a guided tour of the astonishingly beautiful Maharaja’s Palace. In the afternoon visit the vibrant fruit and flower market.
Go on a guided tour of Chamundi Hill & Temple. Visit a friendly Tibetan monastery and enjoy a traditional Tibetan lunch with the friendly monks.
Enjoy a guided tour of the ancient & astonishingly carved Somnathpur Temple. After lunch we drive to Bangalore for a final group dinner before flying back home.
